Overview
Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Your MustScale Digital Food Scale must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The product shows obvious signs of use.
- It is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
- It is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that we received the product and inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account: Sometimes the refund takes a few days to appear.
- Contact your credit card company or bank: They may need some time to process the refund.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at mustscalecontact@gmail.com and send your product to: [your physical address].
Gifts
- If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the product was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
Shipping Returns
- Where to send your return: Mail your MustScale Digital Food Scale to [your physical address].
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged product to reach you.
- For more expensive returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
